Corporate Video Production
SEE WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
The proposal : see what you're buying
So you can make the right decision, you should expect the video proposal to contain:
A full explanation of the creative ideas, probably in the form of an outline or “treatment.”
A detailed breakdown of the budget.
An outline schedule.
Samples of work of a similar style and quality to what you want to buy, and produced by the same team that will be working on your project (many large production companies subcontract extensively)
A face-to-face meeting with the producer or creative team, not just the salesman.
A client list, and an offer of references you respect.
You should feel confident that you will be able to work with the producer’s team and that they understand your audience and what you want to achieve with the video.
