Brighthouse wanted to show how to make the Perfect Sale - so we developed a series of trigger scenarios to show typical customer objections.
Like other retailers, Brighthouse were keen to avoid misselling incidents - yet it’s quite difficult for staff to understand the fine points & differences this entails.
They liked our idea of using 2 presenters and a cast of actors to bring in-store sales scenes to life, as it fitted in with their ideas of people learning from people.
We backed this up with supporting comments from existing staff, adding credibility to the message.
Filming was all on Sundays or after hours to work around store opening hours.
