• If they get it correct, then they watch another short video clip. This clip is followed by multiple choice questions to validate

• The user goes through a series of training clips and subsequent validations until all the training is complete

Importantly, if the training needs recording, then because it’s online, all the results can be captured on a central database for later analysis and management reports.

Example reports can be:

• Who passed and who failed

• Who hasn’t yet completed or started the training

• Which areas or regions experience the most problems
