Storyboard Meeting

If your presentation is more complex because it includes spoken voice or video or special animation or graphics, then we have a further storyboard meeting to iron out all the additional logistics. We also finalise on the graphics and images needed for your presentation.

Art Approval

Before we start programming your design, we send you sample artwork, clearly showing our visual intentions. You have the opportunity to comment and approve this. Once this is done, you can confidently let our designer complete your presentation.

The Rough Cut Viewing

Rough Cut is an old trade term that’s not really accurate in the digital age, because the Rough Cut Viewing isn’t rough at all. It’s virtually perfect.

But it is important to sit and view the finished result together.

While we can stream the final viewing to you, wherever possible we prefer to sit together and make absolutely sure everything is perfect, and that your presentation delivers exactly what you want.

Delivery & Duplication

Once the Rough Cut version of your presentation is approved, we complete all the different versions such as voiced, non-voiced, streamed, market-niched, standalone cd versions and so on.

We also help you arrange cd-duplication or streaming facilities if required.
