What will future rentals cost?

Your videoad comes 3 months free bandwidth, sufficient for at least 175 viewing per month. After that we will invoice you based on your expected usage at a rate of £10 per month per 175 playings.

Why can't I pay for my VideoAd when it's delivered and I approve the final production?

You have every opportunity to approve your VideoAd at the scripting stage.

And, we provide a professional producer to help you polish your script, or advise you if you are unsure.

With our 17 years of production experience, you can be certain that we'll produce your VideoAd to a high professional standard, and subject to our quality control.

You can order with confidence.

Can I have my VideoAd on DVD?

Yes, you can have it on DVD at a cost of £50 for the first copy.

How will you understand my instructions for putting the correct images to my script?

Our easy-to-follow template ensures that everything you specify goes in the right place, and that we can both understand what you want.

The template comes in word.doc format.

What help do I get?

You get:

The Shoot

Can the Presenter physically demonstrate my product?

No.

The presenter is shot in a studio against an attractive background, badged with your logo.

As they speak, stills of your product in action can be dubbed over.

If you must have video footage of your product in action, then call us for a quotation.

How is the shooting done?

All shooting is carried out in a purpose built studio, using a broadcast camera and professional lighting.

The Presenter reads your script from a teleprompt, so you know they'll say exactly what you have written.

A copy of your logo can appear in the top corner, badging the VideoAd to your company or organisation.

Stills, library or animated captions are added at the editing stage.

How good is your equipment?

How Do I link my VideoAd into my website?

We provide full instructions on how to cut and paste your video link and high impact animated button into your website.

But it is a technical procedure, so you might prefer to ask your web manager to do this for you.

Can I place my VideoAd on more than one page?

Yes. You can place it on as many pages as you like at no extra cost.

You decide.

Can I host my VideoAd on my own server?

It's possible, but your server will need a flash video partition and special software. In fact any video format requires a server partition and software to run effectively.

In addition, your own server might get congested which will probably lead to jerky or slow playback, and an unsatisfactory viewing experience.

And if two people try to view at the same time, it almost certainly will be slow and jerky.

Using our dedicated Flash server is fast, efficient and inexpensive.

Video Quality

Can I stream at a higher quality broadband rate such as 500kb/s?

It's possible.

But while many people have broadband, there are still a lot of businesses who use ISDN, or domestic users who have slower broadband.

Our VideoAds will run on ISDN and slow broadband.

So you don't miss out on potential customers.

Can I have a television quality VideoAd?

Yes it's possible, but as mentioned above, very few people in the UK will have a fast enough connection to view a television quality VideoAd.

Why do you use the Flash Video format?

There are lots of reasons to choose Flash.

Here are some of them:

• Flash runs on both PCs and Macs. So nobody is missed out.

• According to Macromedia, it's installed on more than 97% of Internet-enabled desktops. Flash is the widest available media player.

• Flash makes attractive video screens that people like, eliminating clunky Windows or Real windows.

Will all my corporate customers be able to view Flash?

Flash is becoming increasingly common even in the corporate world as speed of internet access increases. But you must expect at least some customers with older infrastructures or back-looking IT departments may not see your message.

For such customers you need to ensure that your message is also available via standard HTML pages.
