Stopping smoking is probably one of the single
most important thing you can do to improve your
health.
Cigarette smoke contains over 4,000 chemicals.
Most of these are highly poisonous, and at least
40 of them cause cancer.
Many people believe that switching to low tar
cigarettes is healthier.
Unfortunately it is not. They are just as addictive,
and definitely harmful.
