Coors – Multi-location Multi-personnel Safety Induction – Interactive DVD
Molson Coors the international brewer wanted to replace the then-existing interactive contractor induction programme, which was used at all 4 of their UK process plant sites.

What made the Rossiter & Co solution unique was the provision of a flexible induction, for all types of personnel.

This meant having a custom induction localised for each site, with separate versions for each type of worker, ie, new starters, visitors, contractors, office contractors, office staff.

This comprehensive safety video approach means that Coors now deliver precisely the right safety messages, to precisely the right work groups, for precisely the right locations.

The whole production runs from a single interactive HD widescreen DVD.

Brighthouse – Expandable Safety Induction DVD
As an expanding retailer, Brighthouse had reached the stage where their existing induction was becoming out of date. In particular, the significant amount of furniture lifting for store staff and home delivery staff made better manual handling training paramount.

The main topic areas included shop floor safety, office safety, lifting and carrying, on the road, at the customer’s home, plus the usual fire, emergencies, danger zones, slips trips & falls, housekeeping etc.

Initially the project was developed as a modular interactive DVD. But as UK connectivity speeds increase, Brighthouse intend to deliver the training as online streaming video modules. This will allow validation results to connect direct to the HR Employee database.

Part of the reason Rossiter & Co were selected for this project was their experience in web video production, and their CDN (Content Distribution Network), as well as their safety video production credentials.

Northern Foods: Vehicle Safety Induction
Pedestrians and drivers often fail to see the risks. This safety training video highlights potential accidents.

Pilkington: Visitor Induction video
Visitors are also at risk, and Pilkington recognise this by producing a 2 minute Visitor Induction video, shown to all site visitors prior to access to production areas.

McNicholas – Drama video to inform contractors
McNicholas needed to explain their new Salary Sacrifice scheme to employees working on temporary sites.

The training video is based on a dialogue between two people, one an older employee who is highly suspicious of the scheme, the other – a cafe stand owner – who understands the benefits.
