SUCCESS - OUR 10TH AWARD -
NO ROOM LEFT ON THE MANTELPIECE!
Last week British Glass, who represent the glass industry, awarded
our recent accident investigation video their Best Safety Initiative
prize.
The programme, produced for David Donkin of Pilkington, reconstructs
a dangerous high voltage near-miss, using interviews and graphics
to tell the story - an all-too-common tale where a series of small
mishaps adds up to a near-fatal incident. It concludes with the
lessons learned, driving home the safety points against the backdrop
of a real event.
And as our 10th award - maybe there is still room left
on the mantelpiece!
SUCCESS - KILLER PRESENTATION HELPS
WIN BIG CONTRACT”
London and Northampton based print facilities manager, The Print
Factory, recently won a 6 million pound contract with The Tussauds
Group, whom many of you will know through Alton Towers and Chessington
Zoo.
The Print Factory had many competition-beating ideas in their
presentation package, but they still needed to be certain that
Tussauds could see the difference between them and the other candidates
in this high value tender.
In these premium situations, death-by-powerpoint just won't do!
Print Factory came to us at short notice so we worked round the
clock - weekends the lot - and produced a killer presentation that
played a major role in helping close this valuable contract.
As you might also suspect, we have a few other killer presentations
out there - aimed at winning specific tenders. We'll keep you posted
as and when they win.
SUCCESS - VIDEO IN WINNING STYLE WITH
CITYSPRINT AND ECDL
National courier Citysprint and the European Computer Driving
Licence Foundation in Dublin seem unlikely bedfellows. But they're
both in receipt of corporate videos produced in our renowned Animated
Caption style.
Both videos have been very well received by their proud owners
- with the expectation of more work to come!

SUCCESS - SEVEN WEBSITES TO HELP CHARITIES
GROW
Voluntary Action Luton and a group of associated Luton and Bedfordshire
voluntary groups obtained a government grant to produce a portal
website to help promote their activities, encouraging new volunteers
to help them in their good work.
At Rossiter & Co we were given the daunting task of producing
seven websites with seven different designs, using seven similar
templates, and a single portal - and with each local site owner
empowered to edit their own pages on demand.
Ably led by Anne Laing for VALuton, and our project manager (and
chess champion) Paul Stanley, the project came in to-budget with
all seven parties delighted with the new websites.
Take a peek here www.voluntaryworks.org.uk/Portal/Index.asp
Now it transpires that Luton want to add a further member to their
successful group.
