MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION - BEER & PUB TO LOBBY PARLIAMENT

The British Beer & Pub Association who represent our brewers and pubs commissioned us to develop a multimedia presentation they intend to give to the Treasury.

They felt that making a presentation to such an important body required more than simply a “decent PowerPoint”.

The presentation consists of 19 slides with animated text, original artwork and video, and is designed to visually compel the prestigious audience.

Also included is a series of 3 innovative flash animations outlining the vision for the future that Beer & Pub wish to communicate.

The flash animations are based on the superb Nokia animations mentioned in last month’s issue.

MULTIMEDIA TRAINING – CARILLION’S “CHANGE MODEL”

The Change Model is a matrix system that enables an organisation to understand its current safety performance and subsequently set a comprehensive series of measurable targets for future excellence.

Construction giant, Carillion use the Change Model as the foundation of their safety strategy – Target Zero.

Since the Change Model’s inception, a number of Carillion’s customers have expressed an interest in adapting it to their own organisations.

In response, Neil Maycock, Carillion’s Director of Safety & Sustainability, has commissioned Rossiter & Co to produce a multimedia video that will train people in the use of the Change Model.

The multimedia will be provided free of charge to any of Carillion’s customers or suppliers who request a copy.

The project is called Delivering The Change.

VIDEO - NEW CEO PACKAGE

Shooting a Chief Executive or company VIP has always been a special case.

Like it or not the top person in a company expects to look and sound better than the rest of us.

And you could say this is quite right, as they represent the company’s interests whether to shareholders, internal management or the general public. We want our CEOs to look good.

At Rossiter & Co we’ve been shooting CEOs for years, but we’ve never formulated the Chief Executive Shoot as a specific product.

But with more and more organisations using video as their main route to cascading down information, we felt it was about time.

Take a look here for details: CEO Video Shoot package

H&S - ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION VIDEO

Even in health and safety conscious cultures, it’s a fact that many directors and managers regard health and safety as something that obliges them to spend money out of their hard won budgets.

Contentious words, it’s true. But there’s a grain of truth in there that most people will accept.

But when someone has an accident, or there’s a major near-miss incident people start to realise that health and safety does affect us all.

At Pilkington there was recently such a major near-miss incident.

We were invited to make a video of the incident, with detailed interviews from the parties involved.

The video shows in a powerful hard hitting way that mistakes can happen, yet that in a genuine no-blame culture people can come forward without fear and admit where they made mistakes. And in doing so they can help others to understand how they can avoid making the same mistakes in the future.

The video was shown to a group of Pilkington’s European Manufacturing Managers, with a view to cascading the information down through the workforce.
